Tackling the energy transition step by step: Electric Mobility in Vorarlberg
Vorarlberg is the e-mobility pioneer region in Austria with almost 1,000 electric vehicles (EVs) and more than 200 EV charging stations, which at 2.4% of all registered passenger vehicles makes up for one of the highest shares in all EU regions, according to our interviewee. The ITA partners visited the region to learn more about the ongoing innovation and how small businesses and consumers are involved in the process.

Experiences from the Danish island Fur
In September 2016, the first round of Danish interviews were carried out on the Danish island Fur. Households with PV panels in combination with other smart grid technologies were interviewed. The focus was on how smart grid technologies are integrated into the everyday life of households.

MATCH analytical framework published
The detailed case studies in Austria, Norway and Denmark will be based on an analytical framework, which combines different theoretical approaches into a shared empirical and analytical approach. This ensures that the smart grid cases can be compared within and between countries.
